If a client or customer were encouraged to submit to an RSS Feed that we'd install for you then they themselves would instantly know when you have new products in, if a product is running out, whether you're offering a sample sale on a new release, if the really friendly office worker Clive is leaving and who you just served in the shop or over the phone.

The point is - business news is helpful and if you're a blue chip company it creates a rush on share price and/or a stakeholder audience ready to help if you need to research a new line.
